All Blogs
Shows the members' blogs with a short description and number of posts. The blogs are sorted with the most recent authors on top.
Top Blogs
Currently lists the blogs with the most posts.
My Blog
My Blog shows all your blog activity, similar to if someone was looking at your main blog page. From this page, a member can add or delete blog categories, posts, or the entire blog itself.
As a new member, you will be first prompted to "create your blog" and enter a description for what your blog will be about.
Add Category
Allows you to add a category for your blog. Simply fill out the new category name and optionally upload an icon (note that you can't add or edit category icons later).
Add Post
This page is where you add an actual blog post. Write a snappy title/caption and relevant tags (tags are separated by spaces so use underbars for phrases such as "redhead_day"). Use the editor to write the main blog text. Select a category or leave as "uncategorized" category.
While pictures (and video) can be included in the blog text itself, you can also use the "associated image" to upload a small photo to go with the blog text.
Comments for the blog can be set to public (every member) or friends only. You can make blogs readable only to friends as well. "Friends only" blogs will not be listed on the homepage and will appear as a blank blog with a padlock to non-friends who look at your main blog page.
When finished, click "add post."
Top Posts
Currently lists the blogs with the most comments.
E-mail Notifications
Members will be notified when another member comments on their blog.
By default, you will be notified if any member comments. You can change your e-mail notification settings in your "My Account" page to change this setting to "friends only."
Homepage
The newest blogs are displayed on the homepage.
