The Redhead World forums are a central point of discussion among all members. There are categories to cover almost any kind of topic.
Forum Categories
Redhead Central
- Spread the Red - Discuss how to spread the word of Redhead World to other redheads. There are so many redheads unaware of all the festivals, chatting, and friendship that they're missing out on - let's come up with ideas to find them.
- Redhead Central - Any topic related to redheads and red hair. History, celebrities, events, blogs, etc.
- General Chat - Any topics that don't fit in the other categories can go here.
- Help-a-Redhead - Often, a Redhead World member or other redhead may need votes for an online contest or some other type of help. This is the place to announce it. Redhead World will try to promote exceptional cases as much as possible.
- Introductions - If you're new and want to do more than just upload a profile photo, you can say "hi" here.

Feature Requests & Error Reports
- Bugs & Errors - Report and talk about any errors you see here. It's also a good idea to let the admins know directly too. Known issues are also mentioned here.
- Feature Requests - If there's functionality you'd like to see in the site, talk about your ideas here.
Forum Spy
The forum spy shows the most recent forum posts. Just click the link of an interesting post to read it.
Menu Options
My Flags
Lists any threads you may have flagged. This is a way to index your favorite threads and receive notifications of posts in threads that interest you, but you have not posted in. You can unflag a thread by going to the thread and selecting "unflag."
My Topics
Lists any threads that you have posted in.
Search
A powerful search for the forums. Type in keywords separated by spaces in the search field. If you want to search message bodies too, then select that. You can also search a particular category or search by author. Results are displayed either by thread or by post.
Using the Forums
New Topic
After entering a forum category, you can create a new topic by clicking the "new topic" button on the top right. Enter the new topic title and use the editor to create the first post.
Reply to Post
In a thread, you can reply by using the "reply" button on the top right.
Flag/Unflag
You can flag a thread to add it to your "My Flags" forum section to bookmark it. You will also receive e-mail notifications of new posts for flagged threads.
E-mail Notifications
Members will be notified by e-mail in the following cases:
- A member replies to your new thread.
- A member replies to a thread you have posted in.
- A member replies to a thread you have flagged.
By default, you will be notified if any member replies in these cases. You can change your e-mail notification settings in your "My Account" page to change any of these settings to "friends only." Additionally, you can unflag a flagged thread to stop receiving notifications (if you haven't posted in the thread).
Homepage
The newest threads and forum posts are displayed on the homepage to logged-in members.
